Managing Emotions is a very difficult yet attainable task. Emotions are the most powerful way to express oneself, but if not managed well, they may prove to be the biggest misery.

Anger is a kind of emotion and the most difficult to manage. It eclipses the mind and intellect both; It totally takes over the control of mind and compels you to act like an infuriated piteous animal.
When we experience the anger our intellect is completely ignored and eclipsed by the clouds of this emotion, we lose the control over mind and it is left to act arbitrarily, It only reacts towards circumstances without applying intellect.
We must learn how to disperse these clouds of emotions and let the light of intellect fill our mind.
